Automatic cake-supporting membrane filter plate

The water-washable automatic cake-supporting membrane filter plate is a core component of efficient solid-liquid separation in the filter press industry, integrating filtering, pressing, washing and automatic unloading functions. 

It is made of high-strength polypropylene or composite rubber material, with a built-in hollow membrane cavity structure. Driven by high-pressure media (water/air), it can achieve secondary extrusion and dehydration of the filter cake, significantly improving the solid content. 

The innovative integrated high-pressure water washing system deeply cleans the pores of the filter cloth through multi-directional water jets, solving the problem of blockage of traditional filter plates. 

The automatic cake-supporting mechanism adopts hydraulic/pneumatic drive to accurately control the stripping angle and speed of the filter cloth to achieve residue-free unloading and ensure continuous operation efficiency. 

This technology is widely used in the fields of mining tailings dehydration, chemical sludge treatment and food residue pressing.
